Keto almond flour pizza crust is so quick and easy to make. In fact, it’s faster than regular pizza dough, because there’s no kneeding. In other words, you simply mix the ingredients together, whip out some parchment paper, roll out the low-carb pizza crust and bake it. After it’s baked, just put the toppings on and pop the keto-friendly pizza back in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

How to make keto pizza crust with almond flour

- Firstly, combine the dry ingredients.
- Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Roll into ball of dough.
- Place on parchment paper.
- Place another sheet of parchment paper over the ball of dough.
- Use a rolling pin or, for example, a wine bottle, and roll the dough into a 10- or 12-inch circle, depending on how thick you want the crust to be. You can also roll it into a rectangular shape if you plan to bake it on a rectangular baking sheet.
- Remove the top layer of parchment paper.
- Shape the edges as described in the video.
- Pick up the parchment paper with the pizza crust on it and put it on a baking pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and put toppings on it.
- To melt any cheese you might be using, put the pizza back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes. I don’t, however, recommend broiling it since you might burn the crust, so just bake it.

Keto pizza sauce ingredients
These ingredients make enough pizza sauce for 2 keto pizzas, so I recommend freezing any leftover sauce.
- Olive oil
- 1 red or brown onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 15 oz can of sugar-free tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweetener, if desired – to keep the carbs down, I recommend using zero-calorie, keto-friendly monk fruit or erythritol.
How to make keto pizza sauce
- Firstly, put some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Then add tomato sauce.
- Add basil, oregano, salt, and the optional sugar-free sweetener.
- Then simmer 10 minutes and purée with an immersion blender or in a blender.
- Pour about half the sauce on the baked pizza crust, and freeze any extra sauce for future use.
Pizza 1: How to make gluten-free Pizza Margherita
- Pour half of the pizza sauce on the baked pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with low-fat mozarella cheese or your favorite cheese.
- Top with black pepper, if desired.
- Return to oven for 3 minutes to melt the cheese and then serve.

- Spread half of the pizza sauce on the baked pizza crust.
- Top with half a pound of warm, shredded baked or pan-seared salmon.
