Line a square 7 or 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Puree the chickpeas in food processor or with emulsion blender.
Combine the pureed chickpeas with the remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake at 300 F for 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Let them cool for 10 minutes before flipping and removing the pan.
